First day at TCS

21 dec 2017 was my joining date in TCS. Chennai was my location for ILP. On the first day, there was so much documentation process and many sessions on TCS rules and policies. But overall it was a good start as that was my first time joining any company for job.

They divided us into different learning groups. Mine was unix. The cafeteria experience was also good. The food quality was up to the mark and the cost was also fare.

Its was a very proud moment for me in joining this company and to start my career with this.

After coming from office, we went to the ECR beach to enjoy the beauty of sunset and ocean.

Aspire and Techlounge

Around 4 months after the selection in TCS, I got the Aspire. Aspire is a pre ilp learning module which you have to complete before joining.
After one months, I got techlounge, its basically the stream subject which you select during accepting the offer letter.

I completed both Aspire and Techlounge in the month of August and then I got the joining date on 21st December 2017.

Chennai was my Ilp location. It was very exciting for me because it was my first time going to Chennai and starting my career in TCS.

What is your greatest strength?

Several answers are definitely good; just ensure you stay positive when you speak. A few good examples: ability to prioritize, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to focus on projects,  professional expertise,  leadership skills, positive attitude and many more to add to this.
